I can’t cite studies off the top of my head, but I would wager each step of this is supported:

  • muscle tension release -> improved mental health ** or if not then at least massage therapy -> improved mental health
  • magnesium -> reduced muscle tension

Of those two steps, which do you doubt more?

I'm not sure which one, but the combination of zinc, magnesium and fish oil give me some crazy vivid dreams.

It's the fish burps from the oil pills. Worst part of taking fish oil pills, but I hate seafood so this is the only way this is happening.
