some times you gotta jump in. The anxiety of waiting for the car to hit you is often worse than the car actually hitting you.

You're so right about that. I definitely think my stomach/sleep issues of recent are stemming from that anxiety. It's a really inconvenient time to leave for the org and I don't want to burn bridges, but I'm trying to frame this as reducing the orgs risk by not having someone who's burnt out and likely to start dropping the customer service ball big time.
