Made my burger and ate it.

Super messy affair. The bottom half of the burger bun literally disintegrated in my hands and had to turn it upside down just to keep it together.

Need to figure out how to stop it from disintegrating like that.

Also more cooking time needed for Patties. Maybe 2 more mins and higher temp.

Lightly fry the cut side of the bun in a frying pan until toasted. With the patties, rest them on some paper towel to soak up any excess oils.

What kind of bread was the bun? Brioche buns can be fragile and tear easy. Plain bread roll is sturdier. You could also start the layers with something non-juicy first, like lettuce leaf or cheese.

It was just a plain white burger bun.

I had a layer of hash brown but it wasn’t crispy and ended up more like mash potato in the end as well.
