Woke up in sweat from a bad dream. Now the wind is keeping awake. I think the bad dream is a manifestation of some catastrophising I’ve been been doing lately over an issue.

Same. I wonder if the wind itself is adding stress.

My dreams and sleep have been bad lately too.

I used to have lots of bad dreams which were realistic and traumatic. I'm the sort of person that regularly uses reverse psychology on myself, or turns things on their head. So one day I thought, "you know what these are Sheila? FREE MOVIES!" and decided I was going to enjoy the free entertainment provided by my apparently fertile imagination. Promptly stopped having dreams.

Hugs and, uhh, chamomile tea

I had a bad nightmare that ended up like that yesterday. Didn't need to be up until 9-10ish, and ended up sleeping at 1:30-2, but woke up at 7. I tried to get back to sleep and ended up with a pretty disturbing nightmare, and more sweat then I thought I could produce
