Risotto was absolutely delicious. I normally add ham/bacon or diced chicken, this time I used some chicken mince. Plus mushrooms, pumpkin, dried tomatoes. Finished with a small amount of cream, parsley and parmesan. Tasted absolutely amazing.

I love risotto too but I don't really cook it. I'm lazy and get the packet Continental risotto.
