But damn sometimes I spend more time searching for definitions to understand it than it actually takes to read it

Pretty much the same thing, but the term rizz is literally the shortening of the word charisma. Probably related to pizazz.

Relatability is only part of charisma. Impression of things like likeability, knowledge, and authority play an essential role.
