Jam, yes, but not until late Sept. Strawbs and rasps all get scranned. Plum jam, apple and bramble. Better start saving jars...

Jam! Hope to have enough fruit to make jam in the coming years. Only planted some bushes a few months ago, and they are still very small. Enjoying having a space to grow stuff in this year (we moved). All be it small.

Oh my friend made a delicious spicy plum jam last year! I loved it!!

I made a chili plum and apple chutney two years ago, and it was magic. But I'm still on 2 jars. My plum last year was too runny, need to follow a recipe closer this year. Maybe with some cinammon. I made loads of crumble too, it's a mature tree with loads of fruit

Sounds fantastic!! I think my friend added cinnamon and/or nutmeg. She also made an indian spiced chutney with the plums.
