Not parents but I have a half gallon of milk that expired in 2015. It came with me when I moved from an apartment to my house in 2018.

Never been opened.. yet.

By now it should've become an intensely sour yogurt, so here you go:

Indian Buttermilk drink

2 tbsp chopped red onion

2 tbsp chopped green chili

2 sprigs curry leave - lightly bruised

2 tsp salt (Adjust accordingly)

1-2 cups plain yogurt (we like to use 2 cups for a thicker and stronger yogurt taste)

4 cups water (Adjust accordingly)

cubes Ice

INGREDIENT VARIATION (S)

Instead of curry leaves, you can add some chopped coriander
