It must be the full moon, because everyone at work - myself included - was horribly out of sorts. I’m exhausted

Yeah I was a mess of tears once I got in the car form something that rubbed me the wrong way at work today
Ok think I’m feeling it as well.
Been so slow and tired and unmotivated today.
Had my shower and sitting in bed. I could fall asleep right now and it wouldn’t take much.
I'm extra tired today but work was active and I walked nearly ten ks all up today. I have been really emotional these last couple of days, but with all these super deep feelings being pretty new to me and tears of relief and joy, I'm not complaining.
