Heavy things lifted. Cheese and biscuits consumed. A bit more study and then it will be dinner. Planning a parmigiana, potato bake and some other vegetable dish yet to be determined.

It was pretty yummy, if I do say so myself. The vegetable dish ended up being baked carrot & broccoli stem with a honey mustard glaze.
