Ballarat road's fucked again. Looks like someone's flipped a trailer over

Back in the day, before the Deer Park bypass was built, Ballarat road was a freaking nightmare to get on and off the Ring road.

Western Ring Road technically but just the Ring Road to us veterans.

Ring road is good because it changes names from Western Ring Rd to Metropolitan Ring Rd so you have to know which bit you are talking about. Although there is also a Geelong Ring Rd which can lead to confusion too. Personally I tend to think of it as %Ring Rd, because % is the wildcard function on the work computer system so I always use that to prevent problems with a caller misidentifying which bit they are on.

There's also a Ballarat ring road, although that's more of a road than a freeway. Has a massive roundabout though

Ok. Technically yes but no one calls it that. Unless you're a tourist.
