While Kashmir certainly cannot be a part of Pakistan, Kashmir's will as an individual sovereign state has been ignored and nullified since forever. There is a genuine separatist sentiment that is labelled by Indian media forcefully as "terrorism" just to keep up the façade of a flawless united country. China forcefully annexes border parts of India across the North and Eastern states, while Pakistan is always at war with India.
