Taking my aunt for Father's Day lunch because she is both mother and father to me.
Also I quit Facebook and Instagram and don't use any other big social media, and it's amazing how less itchy my brain feels.
Good on you !! Did the same a week ago. It's amazing how much lighter I feel. Don't have to deal with random flatearthers anymore

I'm a bit sorry because I enjoyed the sovereign citizen groups I'm in for the laughs, but it's nice to disconnect. You too!
