Rd2 and then Rh2 or Rh3 depending on how black moves.
I'm not too familiar with chess notation so hope I got that right

Kg1 is a white king move..? I'm confused what you mean. Maybe you mean Kg8? If so, the bishop is covering that square so the king shouldn't be able to move there..
