Mayor Glenn “the Dubya Dubya Eff’s Kane” Jacobs of Knox County, TN, is doing the same thing. Look man, I don’t want people to have to suffer more than they already are, but you reap what you sow and if you want this to stop, you best be cleaning up the mess you made yourself.
