It's becoming pretty standard on the 'mid tier' specced mountain bikes. Anything with sram axs in the name. With that said the mid tier for mountain bikes jumped from 3-4k to 5-6k usd over the past few years.

I agree with most of what others have said especially walking. On top of that I'd recommend breathwork. It's odd our society focuses so much on health and fitness in any areas but now how we breath. A recent study found that 5 minutes of breathwork or meditation has a signifinant reduction in stress.

I haven't been across a lot of the discussions, but if this continues to grow and donations increase, have there been talk of founding a non-profit?

Totk I went stamina until I had 3 circles then added some hearts. This allowed me to enjoy exploring and I liked the challenge of combat. The harder enemies could one shot me but that just made them more fun. The fusing and cooking means I can do a lot of encounters with only getting hit once by standard mobs and being able to restore to the 4 hearts I had.

He refers to reddit as a city and keeps mentioning democracy and communities. No city/community/democracy should be owned by one corporation and have it's main goal be profitability.
