Tech conservative moving to newborn paranoid, depending on who I feel I need to hide from at the moment. I'm radically opposed to the concept of private corporations anyway.

You said "i'm sorry about that" when I said I'm a Marxist-Leninist, but this is a "one-stop shop" for leftism. Marxism-Leninism works in Cuba, China, DPRK, Vietnam, Laos, but the prevailing leftist ideology isn't allowed in the leftist sub?
"Blackshirts and Reds" is a good introduction by Michael Parenti that explains in plain terms they "why" of communism and fascism. Parenti's books tend to be in plain working-class American English, they're well-sourced, readable and informative.
Frantz Fanon's "The Wretched of the Earth" is a psychiatrist's view of the Algerian revolution and gives a on-the-ground impression of the why and how of a socialist revolution from someone who lived it, in a book addressed to the colonized people of the global third world.
"The State and Revolution" by Lenin is a very short and readable explanation about why we need both.
Read a book.

My garmin says I'm stressed all the time. I don't know what it means. I do know that if I drink, it's high that day and the day after. Sometimes I'll get really stoked on something, I'm sober and my watch tells me to relax. Wish I knew what it meant.
