Brave search. When I don't find something I try with google.
Most of the time brave search is good enough. But everyone searches for different things so idk.
Great write-up. Honestly I found this a bit funny. I assume the marketing is completely separate then the developer/s And nobody really knew what the app is doing :D~~___~~
Keep in mind that the project it will work on old phone but at some point update will stop. Don't remember after how many years google stops supporting a phone I guess its around 3-4 years.
In most cases this is not an issue if you don't care about the latest features.
I use pixel with CalyxOS. I'm pritty happy with it. Its easy to setup but you do need a pixel phone for it to work.

I have nothing against gnome and it's defiantly the most polished, but in the same time it has alot of small inconveniences that are only fixable with plugins and messing around with the settings.
For my workflow kde is usable out of the box with almost no configurations.
