the box text was made with this: https://github.com/xero/figlet-fonts

the logo art is from the wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/ASCII_art, but you need the eurlatgr console font for the characters to display properly.

I made this plot to visualize current results from the huggingface benchmark

I never played an armored core game, but with all this boosting, flying and range attacks it seems that the combat will be extremely fast paced ! I can't wait !

at this point, even if reddit backpedals on their decision it will be just for damage control not because they care about the community.

Cyberpunk 2077 will not stop working on hard drives, but the company will stop active support and testing of the game on the HDD. Ultimately, players may encounter performance issues or bugs.

so not an actual hard requirement, but more like an indication that it won't work as intended.

yes definitely, I am also going to just install blas-openblas and forget about it, however I just added the part about benchmarking for people that run research/ machine-learning stuff regularly , figuring out which implementation is faster for their use case is worth it.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago (2 children)

that's how I read it too in general, unless you want squeeze the maximum performance you can of a specific application, then you will need to benchmark each implementation, (including other options such as mkl) and see in practice which is superior for you.

this sucks, specially as someone that was ghosted (assume denied) on beehaw signup, I'm glad that instances such as lemmy.world exist where I have the chance to post before assuming I'm an undesirable.
