Sure, a tax dodger might end up going through the garbage to remove the transactions corresponding to receipts that were thrown away from their records, but that’s at least quite a bit of effort. I don't know where you live, but in france the government doesn't check the garbage to find the receipt for simple groceries
Customer can still get a receipt, it just won't always be printed, you'll have to ask. So this wont change anything related to tax evasion, it just means that you won't have a garbage can full of newly printed receipt next to the exit door

That's not a principle, it's just a rhetoric. Like when people demonstrated in Charlottesville : one side wanted to get rid of a slavers statue while the other side run a car through the crowd. Then Trump took a "centrist" position and said that there was some very fine people on both side, which was just a way to defend his side

A grenoble tu as pas mal de chemin de rando disponibles directement depuis la ville, mais c'est peut être un peu trop urbain. Je pense que d'autres villes du coin permettent aussi de partir facilement en montagne, style chambéry, aix-les-bains, annecy etc
J’ai l’impression que les nombres ont été un peu poussés.
Au contraire je trouve ça plutôt factuel, ils n'ont pas supprimé les morts qu'ils considéraient comme justifiables ou celle ou la police n'est pas responsable (comme le premier cas que tu as cité) parce qu'il y aura toujours des situations pas clair (le 2eme cas que tu as cité au final c'est visiblement la parole des policiers contre celle des témoins) et ils donnent des chiffres qui permettent de se rendre compte des causes les plus fréquentes. Par exemple le nombre de cas ou la mort est survenue après que la victime ait attaqué les FDO, le nombre de cas ou la victime était armée, etc...
Après tu en tires ta propre conclusion mais les chiffres sont là et chaque cas est vérifiable.
