Red them all last year, really enjoyed them. Can’t wait for the next one later this year

Ha, I’m surprise how well Crawley has done. Although he’s usually woeful so it doesn’t take much.
That’s a good shout though, Crawley for Bairstow.
The Shards by Bret Easton Ellis, it drew me for the first 70 or so pages, then it’s pretty slow for the next 250
Stokes not being able to bowl makes it tricky; so probably be a straight swap Bairstow for Foakes
- Piranesi by Susanna Clarke
- Chickenhawk by Robert Mason
- Shark Drunk: The Art of Catching a Large Shark from a Tiny Rubber Dinghy in a Big Ocean by Morten A. Strøksnes
- American Gods by Neil Gaiman
Chaos Monkeys was pretty good, he came across as an asshole but still enjoyed it
Been buying from Rave for a couple of years, I get their Discovery subscription. It’s always excellent
England seems like a mates club now. Foakes’ face doesn’t fit, or he’s pissed them off somehow…. Presumably by not playing golf.
There’s a lemmy football bot being developed, I don’t know if that helps with this at all
Incredible batting from the Dutch to win and go through to the World Cup
Not surprised Jimmy has been rested
Huh, maybe I should give the others a go then. I read the first two last year and thought they were awful
