Some of my comrades think the communist party might do ok in these elections but I'm bracing for impact, feels like we're gonna get a right wing government for sure.
Also originally elections were not until 2026, the government fell because the public prosecutor revealed the PM's name (Antonio Costa) had been mentioned by a suspect in a corruption investigation, that's why he resigned, then it turns out the name had been of one of his ministers "Antonio Costa e Silva" which is a different guy, so kind of a sus maybe lawfare thing going on, the "socialist" party has been in power for 9 years
