Not OP but I would assume it's this:
Boil for 3 minutes, plunge into water to stop cooking.
Cut the top and remove the shell. Now you've got yourself a nice pool of hot egg yolk to dip bread into.
Kids love it.
Wow, it's even worse than I imagined on the inside. Not one ounce of good taste.
But yeah, none of that pavement is accessible to cars except for the ramp where the range is parked.
