Where’s the genuine dual power organizations, the revolutionary party groups?

Why is everyone here focusing on local elections (not that they aren’t important, they are) and sectarian issues? There’s so much cool shit we could be doing as organizations but my local DSA chapter just does electoral stuff and my local PSL and even more left-leaning organizations just seem to sort of be doing absolutely nothing?

if you organize for reals outside the electoral realm and are a threat to the status quo you will be found in a burning car

A lot of this could be due to a lack of resources, but our cause(s) aren’t just milquetoast liberalism, why are there no attempts to secure funding through illegal or unhinged means?

organized crime is so infiltrated by the security/intelligence state that it might as well be a branch of the CIA. if they smell you they'll turn you or kill you.

Why are there no networks of power being built? Surely we’re more creative than this. Where are the armies of communist prostitutes spending their free time procuring money for their org? Where are the lefty organizations doing insane Ponzi schemes? It feels like everyone in every org is just running their wheels and doing basically nothing. Why?

because there is no class-conscious working class in the USA or, arguably, in the entire West. This makes mass movements impossible. furthermore Americans are the most propagandized and brainwashed population in human history. also they're too tired and beaten down to do anything because why bother

Surely there’s better ways to procure worker power than trying to protest to get specific bills passed? I mean, it isn’t useless by any means, but there has to be more?

the american empire and its attendant social/economic order are dying slowly and agonizingly and without dignity, and in that wailing diarrhea-squirting death will form voids within and beyond its walls; in these physical and psychic places there will be revolutionary potential. a new spirituality and social order will come and it may be frightening or repellent or incomprehensible to us but it will be the next thing. in the meantime teach your children to find water by smell

The company that employed me strived only to serve up the cheapest fare that its customers would tolerate, churn it out as fast as possible, and charge as much as they could get away with. If it were possible to do so, the company would sell what all businesses of its kind dream about selling, creating that which all our efforts were tacitly supposed to achieve: the ultimate product – Nothing. And for this product they would command the ultimate price – Everything.

This market strategy would then go on until one day, among the world-wide ruins of derelict factories and warehouses and office buildings, there stood only a single, shining, windowless structure with no entrance and no exit. Inside would be – will be – only a dense network of computers calculating profits. Outside will be tribes of savage vagrants with no comprehension of the nature or purpose of the shining, windowless structure. Perhaps they will worship it as a god. Perhaps they will try to destroy it, their primitive armory proving wholly ineffectual against the smooth and impervious walls of the structure, upon which not even a scratch can be inflicted.
