It was pretty good. Didn’t make a huge impression on me, but I enjoyed it. Unfortunately the second book in the trilogy is ridiculously confusing and all over the place, and the third book is largely written in a highly disconcerting and off-putting second-person perspective. Oh and the ending is far from satisfying. Just my 2¢.

I’ve put about 200 hours into Oblivion and 180 into Skyrim, 150 each into Fallout 3 and Fallout 4, all without mods. Been happy every time. I think the whiners need their attention spans checked. Go watch Paw Patrol if you need constant action, you big babies.

Stephen King thinks his own books benefit from being audiobooks because good narrators bring something extra to the experience. I’ve found I enjoy them anyway. I’ve also heard the Harry Potter versions narrated by Stephen Fry are popular.
