What do people think? Has his expulsion helped or hindered the fight for independence? He's certainly given meat for the Unionist media who are are asking, "Is the SNP imploding?". Also, when he stands as an independent at the next election he'll likely have opened the door for a Unionist candidate.

It's almost as if people aren't listening to the news about: out of control forest fires in Canada, heat domes covering large parts of North America, Greek islands on fire, parts of Europe slowly turning into deserts, parts of the Middle East being close to being unable to sustain human life, etc. And craziest thing of all is that they don't realise that burning all these trees is pumping vast amounts of extra CO2 into the atmosphere so that it's only going to get worse.

Black is the sixth SNP MP to announce they will not contest the next general election, including former Westminster leader Ian Blackford.

I wonder if she'll stand in the next Holyrood election, or failing that what she might do outside of front-line politics.
