Spliit as a replacement for Splitwise

just downloaded for ios and it looks great so far! curious why it has 0 reviews compared to tricount and splid which have around ~650 each.
I've seen this many times from different artists over the years. Does anyone know if these requests are enforceable or otherwise respected?
Splid is good too!
I prefer https://spliit.app/ as it's free and open source. Exists on ios app store.
