I have a tiny Kingston microduo 3c drive on my keychain with some tech toolkit stuff. It is small and robust. Think I have had it knocking around for the last 4 years.

Sorry for your loss. I hope you have multiple backup copies of those files somewhere. The flash storage on those drives are the cheapest of the cheap and it isn't unheard of for them to go belly up suddenly.

I have a bip, bip lite and bip s lite. All three sync. Bip and bip lite are the easiest as there is no key.

Bromite hasn't been updated in more than 7 months. You might want to list it's fork, Cromite. https://github.com/uazo/cromite

Presto itself isn't necessarily bad on it's own. It was the TTC who sabotaged it by insisting that it be " continuous trip in one direction without backtracking" instead of a much easier 2 hour window.

Been like that for a while. I just lined the inside my wallet with foil. The reader can scan my pesto card on the outside but no bt my debit/credit inside the wallet.

I wish they kept the old reliable gates and added one or more of the new accessible ones. The new ones must cost a fortune to maintain given how often they break
