A few massive differences:

You opt-in to targeted tracking with Apple. It’s impossible to opt-out with Google. Apple also enforces per-app opt-in for tracking.

I mean, the product is being sold as a way to commit suicide, so it’s hardly surprising that many of the people who bought it are now dead.
