Will my KYC exchange account get restricted if I sell my crypto on XMR-listing, non-kyc exchange like Trocador for let's say ETH and send it to my KYC exchange account?

No, you can of course read the terms and conditions, but the simple answer is that the KYC exchange cannot see this at all. The best thing to do is to first send the amount for the sale from your normal wallet to a newly created wallet and from there to the instant exchange after a certain amount of time. So take an intermediate step, an additional new wallet.

Interesting observation, would it be difficult to detect such anomalies automatically?

The technology is neutral. Anyone who wants to transmit monetary values can use XMR Monero. Of course, you must comply with the laws of your country. One assumption as to why there seems to be little exchange with RUB is that users also have access to other currencies such as Swiss francs, euros or US dollars.

subject to income tax

there would be no taxes

That depends on the laws of where you are.

instant crypto exchanges

Wonderful wallets like Monero.com and Edge.app already have this integrated and it works beautifully every time!

Did someone say 0% mining fees?

Actually no fees for pool mining, how do you do that?

This is about the official, decentralized Monero mining pool.

The rewards are automatically sent directly to your mining wallet address even for small pool payouts.

Who still uses the old pools from third-party providers, which also charge fees and have relatively high payout limits?

Sometimes I think we just have to mention it twice a day to get it heard. 0% fees, official Monero pool.

Honestly, 0%? Yes, 0%.

Whenever possible, use QR codes from sub-addresses to share your wallet.

Alphanumeric character strings, as we know our wallets, are much easier for analysis companies and AI to collect and analyze.

black or grey economy

A simple example: A Rastafarian from Indonesia buys cannabis products in the Netherlands and pays in Bitcoin. This is much more dangerous for him than paying for the purchase in Monero. Indonesian penalties are draconian. But most of us here would probably agree that the buyer should have nothing to fear.

a form of guerilla warfare

Using Monero XMR as money has many advantages, it doesn't have to have anything to do with rebellion or revolt. Sellers who accept XMR get their digital money sent to their wallet immediately upon purchase and can use it. There is no bank in between, they don't have to count change and can use it themselves for purchases worldwide. It simply makes sense to use Monero, no matter what color the market is in your jurisdiction.

we can’t fight against governments

Those of us who live in countries ruled by oppressive governments don't think about fight, they actually have the struggle on a daily basis.

P2Pool fork October 12th, 2024

Technically speaking, the new software has been running for some time - but the hashrate of P2pool is still around 7% of the Monero network. So everything seems to be running as expected. Any feedback, is the new version more demanding for the servers @XMRvsBeast? Did everything go smoothly as expected?

I assume the next revuo issue will cover it.

XMR is digital cash. How does putting cash in someone's pocket help them in a disaster? It's a transfer of value that no government can prevent, but how does it actually help those affected?

Fraud eXMR

An article on coinmarketcap caught my attention because Monero was mentioned. It mentioned a centralized exchange called yobit, which I had never heard of before, so I did some research.

It seems EXMR is offered there.

Perhaps the websites concerned will be made aware that this is a scam, the name 'Monero' and 'XMR' are being used. coinmarketcap.com also has a certain responsibility due to its reach.

Fidelity hacked ($5.4 trillion asset manager)

Confirmed hacked: 77000+ customer records including license, social security numbers and personal information.

We should celebrate that this has nothing to do with Monero. BTCETF investors had better put a few XMR's in their wallets.

A few hours ago, we listened to the podcast (twitter) in which Fluffypony talked about merged mining with Tari, among other things. Anyway, it was also discussed that Google now also has information about saberhagen.eth and Google AI also processes email content. Google knows a lot. hf in Kenya opexodus77

A friendly reminder not to use public spying chains.eth or Google.
