That makes sense given the region

What area of the country are you in? I'm on the West Coast and the normal pronunciation is with the L. Pronunciations often depend on region though

"Just the tip" is always a lie

Yeah, not for it to all meet seamlessly. But if each person does a checkered pattern in the space they are working in, it will be more efficient

Everyone should do a checkered pattern. That's the only hope for a semi-decent result

Yeah, 10 episode seasons is kinda the norm now.

I'm going to choose to not believe that, haha. The series would definitely take a hit in my eyes if they prematurely transitioned to Kirk

This may or may not be an unpopular opinion, but I absolutely do not want to see a ton of Kirk in SNW. It isn't about him, it's Pike's Enterprise. The pics make it look like he's a main feature in the episode, and having two in one season like that is the wrong direction

Yes, sending paramedics is normal. Including the mental health expert and not sending cops for certain calls is new.

In most of the US, if someone is having a mental health crisis where they may hurt themselves or others, the only option has been to call the emergency line and have cops sent. Cops don't receive adequate training on how to deal with those situations and far too many have ended in the death of the person needing help
