I started running in Feb again after taking a year off (I was busy with my 2 kids). It's so great to get back in the groove. I don't have time to commit to longer distances, but I get a solid 30 minutes, 5 days a week in the mornings. I'm starting to get faster and go further. It's amazing how easily it can be to lose all progress. When I started again I was struggling to do a mile at 11min pace! Now I'm doing 3mi at 9 min

Posterior or anterior shin splits. I suffered from posterior shin splits for years! Finally over them now
I've only been running since February! You've got a month on me!
I tried a little bit of his exercises. I never had bad knees, but would occasionally get aches. All of that has gone away since I started running and doing his exercises. I don't know what helped my knees, but I think strengthening them does a lot of good. Running is great for that as long as you're not heel striking
I feel that. We're not quite at our number yet, but we are nearly at our first FIRE goal, before we moved the goal post. Now I'm thinking of moving it again... How much are you planning on saving for kids college?
