Over the past few years, the South Florida real-estate market has taken off and there has been a flood of people moving here.

It won't be long before climate change turns that into a different kind of flood.

Did anyone else actually watch the video? It's inaccurate in places and is biased towards Reddit (e.g. claims that Apollo had no backend costs). Also, it misspelled the CEO's name as "Steve Hoffman."

Overall, this is the first post I've seen that makes me wish Beehaw had a downvote button.

Took me a while, too. The federation concept is awesome, but I think there needs to be an easier way to discover what's available.
