These are just off the top of my head:

Yup, starts in october, according to its MAL page.

Never played it but heard good things about it. Is it similar to Mordhau? If it is, I second your recommendation, because I played that game with friends and had a ton of fun.

Yup, agreed. Aside from Rurouni Kenshin's remake and maybe Zombie 100, none of it looks interesting to me.

In the upcoming season: Rurouni Kenshin's remake This year: Sousou no Frieren (really interesting premise) and Overtake!

Fighting games? Street Fighter 6, The King of Fighters XV and Guilty Gear Strive all have crossplay, are pretty recent and good fun even if you don't want to fully dedicate yourselves to it.

I use newsboat on the desktop, because is a terminal based app and terminal based apps are BASED. There are many more fancy readers on desktop.

Also Feeder on mobile is pretty good, it’s available on F-Droid.

Haha, I did the exact same thing yesterday. Terminal based apps are indeed based.

Also, you can use teddit instead if you don't want to give traffic directly to reddit (as far as I know). It's pretty easy: instead of adding /.rss, you add ?api&type=rss at the end. See here.

As someone who played the first one back in the original Playstation, I'm beyond excited to get back into it. The trailers and gameplay details that came out recently are a huge part of that, too.

If you're looking for peertube instances to check out, I suggest TILvids and diode.zone. You can also search for videos, channels and playlists across every instance through Sepia Search.

Your comment perfectly summarizes what Lemmy and the Fediverse is about and why some people that came over don't get it or don't want to get it because they're just looking for something like reddit without being reddit. So thank you.

I agree there are valid concerns and feature requests that also exist on reddit and are useful to have. But I've seen way too many people complaining about things which are inherent to Lemmy by design. At this point, and I'm sorry for being blunt, but they might as well go back to reddit.

Oh yeah, that's true. I'd also throw in the Type-7. Albeit I'm more of an Asp Explorer guy.
