lmao it looks like my first day of work as a federal contractor will also be the first day of the inevitable shutdown. Since i won't actually be working for the government directly and the money has already been awarded it sounds like I will still get paid but I will not be able to :
-use a government computer
-use any government shared drives or VPNs to access the projects I'm supposed to be working on
-communicate with any of my government coworkers including my supervisor
shoutout to the dysfunctional state of the US government for giving me paid vacation that doesn't count against my time off
it's better for recruiting than "civiliankiller"
I'm not sure what the problem with mayo is for me but it's very hard for me to want to put it on/in anything. I'll obviously eat a sandwich/whatever that someone gives me with mayo on it but for whatever reason I just find it extremely offputting to scoop it out of a jar.
god's eepiest soldier
it's definitely been said elsewhere in this thread but my default assumption when meeting people from the suburbs is that they're chuds and it is correct like a solid 80% of the time
this is super true, every time an article about him is posted on r/politics (which i still look at occasionally when i want to read 17 straight "trump is finished for real this time" op eds) there's always at least one comment talking about how he tried to warn us about putler
I'm not ready to rehash this argument with every single person in my family who never thought about until she was chosen as VP and then suddenly acted like they had been huge supporters for years
You’re either the dumbest person on this website or just racist (I know which one my money is on), take your just asking questions routine back to
