I grew bitter and resentful towards people who complained about how hard it was to work from home and all the downtime they had while I had to trudge into “critical” work everyday for low pay.

Yeah, Russia’s spreading itself thin. With their focus on Ukraine, it’s wild they’re still trying to keep control in Africa, especially as the locals seem more hostile toward them now. Plus, their heavy-handed approach is clearly backfiring. You’d think they’d learn after all the civilian deaths just fuel more resentment.

it’s sadly not even shocking anymore. This kind of stuff has been creeping in for a while now, and it’s exhausting to see how far some people are willing to go to control women’s bodies. Between the overturn of Roe v. Wade and now potentially enforcing an ancient law like the Comstock Act, it's clear that the fight over reproductive rights isn’t going anywhere. What blows my mind is how normalized this has become. We’re literally talking about tracking periods and cracking down on healthcare choices like it’s just another policy debate. It's terrifying, but unfortunately, it feels like par for the course in 2024 America.
