It's a sort of belief of exclusively and upholding the partiarchy as if there is something inherently "special" or "unique" about their biological gender having do to with their talents. That being born with a penis grants a certain authority and natural skill that being born without a penis has. Like Marx wouldn't have been Marx if he was born Female.
