I'm only here to say, if you have canker sores change your toothpaste.
I've been suffering from them for most of my life until I discovered they are mainly caused by the SLS in common toothpaste (sodium lauryl sulfate).
Use one that instead has sodium fluoride and you're good. (Sensodyne is a good brand)
