what's a search engine that works? i've been trying to find articles about statements from israel that i know i've seen in the past month and google won't return any results newer than 2015 in c/[email protected]

i didn't know how to do this, maybe i'll try it next time, but i think google is not being honest when it pretends that there are no results for pretty broad keywords but instead will show a full front page of results for different articles about one thing that happened in 2015.

it was a tweet from an official in israel that was explicitly stating that Palestine was more motivated to kill jews than hitler. i think it was along the lines of "hitler was just trying to clean up his own backyard while hamas is actively attacking jews"

the sad thing is that despite this being ages ago, and from a different era, maybe even a different zeitgeist, it still was definitive in shaping the current era.
