What do you think the result is going to be? A South Africa/Rhodesia-style recognition of mutual destruction and acceptance of majority rule? An SA scenario, even if comparable especially considering their WMDs, doesn't seem likely considering the current fascist leadership and its importance as a lynchpin for the US empire. I feel like any other solution then brings us into Samson Option territory.
