Rules
Keep it ergo
Posts must be of/about keyboards that have a clear delineation between the left and right halves of the keyboard, column stagger, or both. This includes one-handed (one half doesn't exist, what clearer delineation is that!?)
i.e. no regular non-split¹ row-stagger and no non-split¹ ortholinear²
¹ split meaning a separation of the halves, whether fixed in place or entirely separate, both are fine.
² ortholinear meaning keys layed out in a grid

That looks to me to be larger than standard spacing (19.05x19.05) of the keys, does it not require a bit of stretching to use?
I have very large hands so it's mostly fine. Thanks for the standard spacing tho, I used 20mm because it was convenient 😅
How do you design the test boards? Ergogen or something else?
Ergogen
No, good old TikerCAD and a lot of free time :D
I do this same thing but with laser cut cardstock. I also made a set of individual columns from cardstock with a mm scale on them. A little double sided tape onto my desk or another piece of cardboard, and I can very rapidly iterate on a design
