Back in the day I used to stumble on "Christian" game servers.
"This is a Chrstian server! No swearing is allowed!" and it's like my brother in christ I am running around blowing people's heads off with a shotgun why are you upset when I say fuck?
It makes sense based on their upbringing. Old/New Testament has a lot of gore but almost no swearing. Look at how Jesus was brutally tortured and executed by authorities in Jerusalem. Look at how detailed the description of the flagellation and crowning and crucifixion of Christ are.
It really tickles me that one of the first outlets to give a proper review to the Palestine FPS was a Christian gaming site and they actually tackled the subject matter with an attempt at empathy.
