Hi @decandentrebel ginamit ko 6-year old post mo sa reddit for reference para mag inquire ng CCTV sa Dynaquest. Sadly pangit ang experience ko nung kinausap ang taga Mandaluyong (Kalentong) branch.

Would you still advise me checking with another branch? Baka mas smooth? Or maybe another store altogether?

Can't speak for their CCTV expertise because I think that's a different animal from assembling PCs, lol. I don't even go to DynaQuest anymore when PC building, I just buy from the cheapest (but reliable) Shopee stores + FB/Carousell sellers and put my own together.

That said, try Eton Cyberpod? That's the branch I've been to the most back then.

You know, this puts those many posts asking for donations for dogs/cats into perspective. Nung isang araw duda ako dun sa pusa na nasagasaan yung lower jaw and basag yet the clinic was able to restore it back. Feel ko it's a different cat and the original actually didn't make it.

As someone who has rode an e-jeep many times when I was still commuting, I just want to clear some of the misinformation:

Jeepney drivers NEED boundary not just because they only make money when they hit the quantifiers, it's so they could make more. It's even more imperative that they do once the modernization happens so they could pay for the loan.

I don't get what OP meant na dapat hindi payagan ng mga pasahero yung ganyan sistema. What does he want us to do, boycott jeeps? Lmao.

Tell me you don't ride a jeep without telling me you don't ride a jeep, lol.

Kung regular ka sa jeep pag umuulan, you would know na may cellophane na trapal yung jeep na pwede ibaba once umulan. It's virtually impossible to get wet once that's in place.

The downside is pag tumila na ulan, ang init sa loob. That's the same problem you have with an e-jeep except it's 100% of the time. Nakasara bintana kasi may aircon pero yung aircon naman mahina so para kang naka-sauna. It's literally the reason why I quit working in the office!

The boundary system is what motivates poor driving habits among PUVs. It literally incentivizes them to break laws in order to maximize their income. It should be removed.

That's the thing. They drive "aggressively" (or poorly) because they need to make money. If they're going to take it away (as well as institute modernization that eats more into those earnings), they need to replace it with a system that guarantees it's going to make as much.

That's ultimately the crux as to why they're against modernization - the government isn't really doing anything to address those concerns. Willy nilly implementation lang, bahala kayo sa buhay nyo.

I definitely agree that a sustainable living wage is needed. The person you're commenting on states that it would be ideal if the modern jeeps were more heavily subsidized, through PPPs or whatever method to lower the cost for the drivers. Though personally, I think it should be nationalized.

  1. That's a good point, but easier said than done with increasingly elaborate salisi methods. Itong ketchup modus nga lang is amateur hour. You can just ignore them when you realize na it's just a rehash of the "dura" tactic. Yung matindi talaga yung nambabangga kasi mangyayari talaga yun and 99% of the time hindi sya modus.

  3. Now this is just stupid. Ang mga ninanakaw sayo kadalasan are smartphones or your wallet, and hindi mo pwede iwan yun.

Recently lang ako naka-encounter ng e-bikers (didn't know that's what they're called) and they really need to be regulated. They don't wear helmets, hindi nila tinatabi even if they sense a convoy of vehicles piling up on their six, they don't make hand gestures when turning, and they often end up on busy roads.

On a related note, dapat may coding na rin mga motorcycles. In theory wala kasi they're small enough to fit into anything, but in reality that isn't the case. There's so many of them parang kotse na rin sila with the space they take up. Heck, the riders themselves would be the first to tell you that they don't have any glaring advantages against traffic anymore.

Extra lang? No one knows that yet. Even if she did, everyone starts small. Some even break out from small roles.

Pinoy pride? Hindi mo naman maiiwasan mga ganun comments sa video. A pinoy making it to mainstream is going to attract those reactions. That's just how it works.

I seriously can't see why we shouldn't be happy one of our own made it to a Diablo Cody film and she's not playing a stereotypical Filipino role. She's actually an equal! Mas ok na yan kaysa yung pilit na NJPW aswang costume ni TJ Perkins who's like a right wing nut with creepy female wrestler fanfics, ugh.
