Resetting the server helped push the posts through, and new posts appear to also go through.
But I was not able to identify the source of the problem. It could be related to the new federation queue. I did not see any relevant errors in the logs, so all I know is that the reset worked - at least for now. I'll see if it happens again or if others reports seeing the same.

Thanks! I have reset the instance. There is an open issue and this seems to affect several instances - I have even seen one report of an instance running the previous version having this problem: https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/4288
