Remember, folks, you get the union that you deserve. Get involved and participate even if sometimes things can get pretty discouraging when the union is mismanaged or infiltrated by bad actors. In the end, the union will do what the majority of ACTIVE members want. Do not let the weirdos and facists decide for the rest of you.

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

I had no idea there even was an air Wisconsin. It looks like they operate locally in the Midwest, and provide services for American airlines in the area. Their website seems to be loud and proud about the new wages, I've heard that there is a pilot shortage so that certainly makes their union much stronger.
Good for them.
