It’s legal as fuck here. Maybe the most legal place in the entire United States.
Problem is, the sticker stores are way cheaper and the quality is often better and there’s usually not a long line where the worker behind the counter has no idea what they’re selling.
I walked into the legal shop last week asking for full spectrum gummies. The dude obviously had no idea what that even is; so I said not distillate based. He, without even thinking to look directly down, says that he’s pretty sure they’re all distillate based.
So I left cause distillate gummies are ass and it turns out they did in fact have full spectrum gummies. (Overpriced though)
NY needs to figure out their shitty products
The gray market by me is a native american reservation, so I'm lucky I don't have to worry about this. It will still be nice whenever an actual state sponsored dispensary finally opens up around me, though. It's been two years since recreational weed was legalized in NY and still nothing.
