Here are a few options:

Kyun has very cheap packages. You can add bandwidth for $1/TB/mo So you could upgrade their cheapest plan ($4/mo) to 5.6TB/mo bandwidth for a cheap $9/mo. The hardware would also be more than enough for what you're looking to do. I use Kyun for a few of my services. Mostly Shota Send and Shota NOW

Privex Offers cheap plans with “essentially unmetered” bandwidth which is something you'd never go over, their limit is something like 30TB/mo (it's a bit more confusing than that, but that's basically what it is in practice). Their content policies are lax (If you go in their Sweden and/or Netherlands region.) You can get a box from them with IPv6 & IPv4 for as low as $2 - $4/mo The network speed you're getting with them is low, but they will (in Sweden atleast) increase it for you for super cheap if not free. They care more about the amount of network you use and less so about the speed they give it to you. (I really doubt you'd ever reach their cap) They are what we use for Burggit and I currently have a lot of my other sites using them too.

BuyVM These guys have pretty good Policies too, they also allow credit/debit card payments, though you can't be anonymous if you choose that route. (Credit/Debit cards are checked for fraud against the information you provide) They have very cheap plans if you can manage to get them when they're in stock. Pricing for the hardware is definitely the highest, and the only locations they offer are various U.S states and Luxembourg, which isn't too bad, but might not be ideal depending on what you're looking for.

definitely a very lax content policy especially in regards to DMCA too

Also note if you're wanting DMCA protection on BuyVM, you'll need to purchase their Luxembourg location. Since it's outside the jurisdiction of the US.
