I'd not heard anything about this so I did some googling. Its....not good. He, uhm, well, he wiggled his willy around. At people. More than once.
He told The Guardian his "high-spirited behaviour" was "only ever intended in good humour to entertain colleagues on set and backstage".
What sort of world do we live in where exposing your genitals to co-workers is considered somehow wrong?
Doing it once, with someone you know well, I could see it as a joke. But multiple times on multiple shows in 2 countries? Sounds like somebody developed a fetish.

Oh yikes. When will people learn? Seriously, it's not that hard to not do these things.
Same, like I remember hearing he did something problematic, but I don't remember what. And I had no idea it was severe enough to get blacklisted.
I think it would be fantastic on all levels. I would absolutely enjoy more Torchwood and any form of Donna would be an excellent thing.
