Started listening to the Adeptus Ridiculous podcast a little while ago b/c I was interested in the 40K lore. Those are looking good!
Warhammer 40k
A community dedicated to the universe of Warhammer 40k, a tabletop setting in the far, distant future.
This is a general community for 40k miniatures, art, lore discussion, and gameplay discussion.
Rules
- Keep it civil.
- No memeposts/shitposts. Memes are great but direct them to grimdank.
- Please mark any posts containing realistic nudity or realistic excessive gore/violence as NSFW; this rule mainly applies to cosplay and realistic drawings rather than miniatures. Being that 40k is inherently violent, this is a judgement call, and mods may occasionally request posters add tags.
- No political or social cause agenda pushing.

Thank you!
I haven't heard of that podcast. I'll have to give it a shot.
Fair warning, if you’re already steeped in 40K lore, you might find it a tad pedestrian. The premise is that one of the hosts is a total 40K newb and the other is well versed. So it’s basically 40K story time where one of the hosts gets taught about a new faction or character each week.
That's a very cool old-school Escher leader.
Yeah! She's so rad. I'm running her as my Chaplain!
These are amazing, I'm very jealous of the models from Satyr.
It would be great if you shared these over the oldhammer community ( [email protected] ) they would fit in great over there.
Thank you! I have the rest of the ladies primed. They'll probably get painted this weekend.
And heck yeah! Thanks for the heads up on the community!
A real 80's vibe and with a beautiful modern paintjob. Played any games with them yet?
Thank you!
Unfortunately not. I'm excited to get them on the table, though.
Looks awesome! Wish I could find those marine models but I guess they've sold out and don't sell the stl files.
Yeah. I love their stuff, but you kind of gotta strike when the iron is hot.
Also, they're hand sculpted, so no stls unless someone scans them in.
Hand sculpted, wow. That is old school.
