You don't have to use doublespeak, neither of these communities have rules against piracy.
Here's some of my personal list, in no particular order: (full list)
- Steam Underground - cs.rin.ru - clean steam files, and the cracks to use them, - requires an account, my personal favorite
- Library Genesis - libgen.rs - libgen.is - libgen.rs - exactly what it says on the tin
- ZLibrary - https://zlibrary-global.se/ - exactly what it says on the tin
- Fitgirl Repacks - fitgirl-repacks.site - video game repacks, need to be installed
- Dodi Repacks - dodi-repacks.site - video game repacks, need to be installed
- Vimm's Lair - vimm.net - old games and the emulators to run them
- WinWorldPC - winworldpc.com - old software and OSes
- Good Old Downloads - gog-games.to - games, this site was temporarily taken down by IGGames a while back
- The Index - theindex.moe - japanese media, mostly anime
- LookMovie2 - lookmovie2.to - movies, use adblocker
- Mobilism - forum.mobilism.org - modded android apps, requires account to use search
Sites to actually avoid:
- IGG-Games - has had many viruses (ex. cryptominers, RATs) and DRM in their cracked games, got the great GoodOldDownloads shut down (temporarily)
- SteamUnlocked - it's ad infested and has slow downloads, also takes some games from IGG and other sus sites
- Torrenting (copyrighted content) without a VPN - depends on your country, but you can get sent cease and desist letters
- The Pirate Bay - filled with malware (including from skulled users)
- Kickass Torrents - the real site was shut down years ago, only copycats of dubious quality exist now
